Terms of Service
Effective 28 August 2026
This is the agreement between you and Tekmium Solutions about using the Tách Tách app. Using the app means you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use it — and if you have already created an account, you can delete it at any time.
1. What Tách Tách is
Tách Tách is a travel journal app. It groups the photos you take by date and place, draws your route on a map, and lets you wrap a trip into a link you can send to someone else.
We try to keep the service running continuously, but it sometimes has to pause for maintenance or fixes. We may also add, change or remove features.
2. Your account
- You must be 16 or older to create an account.
- One account per person. Do not use someone else account, and do not lend yours out.
- The email you give must be one you can actually read — verification and password-reset codes go there.
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
If you suspect someone else has got into your account, change the password in the app straight away and then write to us.
3. Your content stays yours
The photos, captions, notes and trip names you put into Tách Tách are yours. We do not own them, we do not use them for advertising, and we do not hand them to anyone else.
So that the app can work, you allow us to store, technically copy and display that content only as far as running the service for you requires — including building the page for a share link you create yourself. That permission ends when you delete the content or delete your account.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Posting photos of other people without their agreement is between you and them; it is not something we can settle on your behalf.
4. Things you must not do
- Upload unlawful content, pornography, violent content, or content that infringes someone else rights.
- Upload photos or private details of other people without their consent.
- Use the app to harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
- Probe for vulnerabilities, send abnormal traffic, or try to read another account data.
- Automatically harvest content from public share pages.
If you see violating content on a share link, tell us — how to send a report and what we do with it is in section 5.
5. Taking content down
A share page is a public page, so sooner or later someone will find on one of them something that should not be there: a photo of them, private details about them, or an image they hold the rights to. We accept and act on those requests.
How to send a request. Write to contact@tekmium.com with the subject "Report content", giving the full address of the page and describing the problem. If you are reporting your own photo, say which one. The Support page has fuller instructions.
What we do. We review as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours of receiving the report. Where a request is well founded, the page or the individual photo comes down. Accounts that offend repeatedly are suspended.
Reporting inside the app. Other people's posts and the Friends screen both carry a Report button — no email needed. What you report disappears from your feed immediately, without waiting for us. The reported person never learns who reported them. Next to it sits Block: blocking is you cutting contact yourself, effective at once, with no review from us.
What a suspension means. A suspended account can still sign in and still read its own journal in full — we do not take your data away. While it lasts, you cannot post and your posts do not appear to anyone else. Lifting the suspension puts everything back.
If your content is taken down, we tell you by email and say why. You can dispute it by replying to that message.
6. Share links are public pages
Creating a share link creates a web page anyone holding the link can open — no app install, no sign-in. The link is not password-protected.
- You decide who to send the link to. If a recipient forwards it on, we cannot stop that.
- Before sharing, you can exclude individual stops or individual photos.
- Deleting the link in the app takes the page down immediately.
- A page that has been taken down may still sit in a browser or social-network cache for a while — that part is outside our reach.
7. Price
Tách Tách is currently free and has no in-app purchases. If paid features arrive later, we will state the price and the terms before you owe anything. If a feature you use for free moves behind a paywall, we will say so in the app at least 30 days before that takes effect, so you have time to get your data out or decide whether to pay.
8. Ending the service
You. Open Account → Delete account to permanently remove your account, your images on our servers and every share link. There is no waiting period and no recovery.
Us. We suspend or delete accounts that breach section 4, or where the law requires it. Except in serious cases or where we are legally barred from telling you, we give notice by email first and a chance to retrieve your data.
9. Backups
Tách Tách is not the only place your photos should live. Keep a copy of anything important elsewhere — in your device library or a backup service you trust.
Photos you delete stay in Trash for 30 days and are then permanently removed, files on the server included. After that point we cannot get them back, even if you ask.
10. The service is provided "as is"
We build the app carefully and run it seriously, but we do not promise it will be free of faults, never interrupted, or suited to every purpose you may have.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from your use of the app — data lost because you deleted it, missed opportunities, or the consequences of sending a share link to someone you should not have.
Cap. Our total liability to you, across all claims combined, will not exceed what you have paid for Tách Tách in the preceding 12 months. The app is free today, so in practice that figure is nil.
Neither paragraph above removes rights that consumer law gives you, and neither applies to loss we cause deliberately or through gross fault on our part.
11. Changes to these terms
When something material changes, we update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that date means you accept the new version.
12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the law of Vietnam. If there is a dispute, write to us first — most things are settled in one email.
13. Language
These terms exist in a Vietnamese and an English version. Where the two differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.
